1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing PlatinumCertifiedPlug, creating an account, or using its mobile app, web-admin, websites, or related services, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and comply with venue-specific age requirements.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Keep credentials and authorized devices secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may verify identity, business authority, venue ownership, or payment details before enabling features.

3. Reservations and venue services

PlatinumCertifiedPlug provides technology connecting users with independent venues and event operators. A reservation is subject to availability, confirmation, venue rules, dress code, age restrictions, deposits, minimum spend, cancellation terms, and other conditions disclosed during booking. The venue remains responsible for the hospitality service it provides.

4. Payments, refunds, and fees

You authorize the displayed charges when submitting a transaction. Payment processing may be provided by third parties. Deposits, refunds, cancellations, no-show charges, subscriptions, and administrative fees follow the terms shown at checkout or in the applicable venue or admin plan. Statutory rights are not excluded.

5. Lounge and platform administrators

• Only access information and tools necessary for legitimate platform or venue operations.
• Maintain accurate venue, event, inventory, pricing, banking, and availability information.
• Protect customer data and comply with privacy, consumer, licensing, tax, accessibility, and hospitality laws.
• Do not share admin access or use customer information for unauthorized purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, bypass security, scrape data without permission, upload harmful material, impersonate others, commit fraud, harass users, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the service unlawfully.

7. Content and intellectual property

PlatinumCertifiedPlug and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, branding, and supplied content. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submitted content.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for breach, fraud risk, non-payment, legal requirements, safety concerns, or material harm to the platform or others. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the quality, availability, or conduct of independent venues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlatinumCertifiedPlug is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
