• Biometric authentication status. Your fingerprint or facial template remains with your device and is not stored by PlatinumCertifiedPlug.

2. How we use information

• Provide and personalize reservations, venue discovery, payments, alerts, and account services.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce platform rules.
• Process transactions and provide records to the relevant venue, payment processor, or service provider.
• Operate, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the platform.
• Send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications that you can opt out of.

3. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a transaction.

• With venues and event operators involved in your booking or inquiry.
• With vetted hosting, analytics, communications, identity, mapping, and payment providers acting on our behalf.
• With authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and platform integrity.
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Location, camera, notifications, and biometrics

Location, camera or photo-library access, notifications, and biometric sign-in are optional device permissions. We request them only when the related feature needs them. You can change permissions in your device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal and accounting duties, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
